Monoflo manufactures high-quality, cost-effective material handling containers and pallets. Our custom plastic containers, trays and dollies can be designed and built to the exact specifications of any logistics project or automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS).

Our advanced planning and manufacturing process includes:

• Reviewing facilities specifications with the customer and system integrator
• " Developing prototypes for each material handling component (container, dolly, pallet, etc.)
• Testing and re-testing the precision of the components within the logistics system
• Designing and building high-quality production molds to ensure timely deliveries of virtually identical product from start to finish
• Verifying consistent production/part quality across high-volume production runs to ensure all components are fully functional for the life of the system
