New Monoflo Pallets Offer Sustainability, Best Performance and Best Price

WINCHESTER, Virginia, April 26, 2010 — Monoflo International, Inc. announces the North American availability of high-pressure, injection-molded Rackable/Stackable and Nesting Pallets.

Monoflo, an industry leader in reusable transport packaging, has announced the introduction of its new line of high pressure straight injection molded pallets. Anchored by a significant investment in high-speed molding equipment and technology, Monoflo has recently installed 2 Husky Tandem 3000 ton injection molding presses accompanied with high-speed hot plate welding units. To complement the equipment, Monoflo has built a series of high-pressure injection-molded pallet tools to be marketed under the monikers of RP Series and NP Series. Both of these will offer premium performance at the industry’s best price.

Key Partnership

To compliment Monoflo’s line of Nestable (NP) and Heavy Duty Rackable (RP) pallets, Monoflo has formed an exclusive partnership with Paul Craemer GmbH of Germany. Craemer is recognized as the world leader in high-end, heavy-duty rackable pallets. The partnership will immediately leverage the Craemer products for North American applications.

“This partnership gives Monoflo immediate access to the highest quality, best performing plastic pallets in the world. At the same time we will begin to leverage Craemer’s design and technology to produce a series of pallets specifically engineered for the North American market that will be produced in our Virginia operation,” says Dennis Williams, Monoflo’s Food Business Manager.

Available immediately, Monoflo is introducing Craemer’s Heavy-Duty Rackable RP4840 pallet. This totally closed pallet is designed for food processing/packaging and pharmaceutical industries and boasts extreme edge-racking capability, up to 2,750 lbs., and extreme temperature resistance making it the strongest and most durable product on the market.
