Through our rigorous testing and advanced technologies and processes, we continue to lower the costs of injection molding our containers and pallets.

We don't wait for our industry to change. At Monoflo, when we see an opportunity to improve an existing product or process, we do it. When a client required increased plastic tote security to protect its products we designed and perfected a patent-pending hinge pin to permanently hinge the lid to the plastic bulk container. We then developed an automated machine that inserts the pin into the plastic injection-molded container as it cools, creating a superior hinge design. This innovative and faster production process not only solved the security concern, but also produced a longer-lasting bulk container at a lower price. We manage our business smartly and re-invest revenue back into development of our technology, materials and employees to ensure low-cost, high-quality products.
